A glimpse of the mind of Nick Cave, the legendary composer, rock star and leader of the band The Bad Seeds. The film joins Cave on a fictitious day, between the real and the imaginary, analysis sessions, meeting with musicians, driving his car for special passengers and speaking about the present and the past, whilst he looks for inspiration. A unique chance to see the creative process of one of the most inventive musicians of our time. Directed by the visual artist pair, Iain Forsyth and Jane Pollard. Iain Forsyth, Jane Pollard
Iain Forsyth nasceu em 1973 em Mancheste, e Jane Pollard em 1972 em Newcastle. Conheceram-se na Goldsmiths College quando estudaram belas artes e teoria da arte, no início dos anos 1990. Trabalham juntos desde então e já tiveram obras expostas em museus e galerias do mundo todo. Têm um trabalho próximo das performances e da música, o que inclui obras com o cantor e compositor Nick Cave, tema deste filme, que é o primeiro longa da dupla.
