After the Chernobyl accident, the fall of the Berlin Wall and the end of the Soviet Union, the project was abandoned and became a huge white elephant. It is in this derelict and ghostly place that Leo, Rafael and Otto live. Grandfather, father and son who, in a spooky apartment, share their frustrations about love, work and life.
