Tunis, summer 2010, a few months before the revolution. Farah is 18 years old and has just finished college, but her family already sees her as a future doctor. She, however, does not see it the same way. She sings in a political rock band and her only plan right now is to enjoy life intensely, get drunk, find love, and explore her city by night. All this goes against the wishes of her mother Hayet, a woman who knows Tunisia and its dangers all too well. Best film at Venice Days, Venice Film Festival 2015.

1984, Tunis, Tunisia. She grew up in Tunisia and later moved to Paris, where she studied literature at Sorbonne and film at La Fémis. Filmography: Tendid... (short, 2010), Un Ange Passe (short, 2010), Twitching (Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival 2012), Gamine (short, 2013), e Zakaria (short, 2013). This is her first feature film.
