Trailer

In the villages of Arles and Auvers-sur-Oise, where he sought refuge from the pressures of Paris, the painter Vincent van Gogh is received with kindness by some and with hatred by others. Madame Ginoux, the local restaurant’s owner, takes pity on his poverty and gives him an accounting book, which he fills with drawings. His friend and artist Paul Gauguin, after an intense coexistence, pushes him away. His beloved brother and art dealer, Theo, is unshakable in his support, but he has never managed to sell a single one of Vincent’s paintings. Awarded at the Venice Film Festival.
