Holot, a detention center in the Israeli desert, became a shelter for refugees from Eritrea and Sudan, who can not be sent back to their countries but also have no prospects in Israel due to the country's refugee policies. Even though it is technically not a prison, limited, and scheduled, outdoor time and other procedures resemble those of one. Following the principles of the Theatre of the Oppressed, created by the Brazilian Augusto Boal, a theatrical workshop is promoted in Holot and becomes the starting point of a political and social change process. Berlin 2016.
