Carmina is a 58-year-old lady living in Seville, where she runs a market specialized in Iberian products. After being robber several times and not being able to trust insurance companies, she comes up with a new way to get her money back and preserve her family. While waiting for the results of her plan, she meditates on her life, her work and the wonders that take place in her kitchen, at her home. This mockumentary was released on TV, movie theatres and DVD simultaneously. Winner of four awards at the Malaga Film Festival, was chosen best film by the festival audience.
Paco León
Born in Spain, in 1974. He started his acting career in comic television series Mariquilla ríe perlas and Castillos en el aire (1999), broadcast by Channel Sur in Spain. He became famous with Homo Zapping, broadcast by Antena 3 from 2003 to 2005. He debuted as a theater director and later switched to TV, making the series Ácaros (2007). He produced and starred in the short film Con lengua (2006). This is his first feature.
