João Salaviza, Renée Nader Messora
With the short Arena (2009), Salaviza won the Palme d'Or at Cannes and with the short Rafa (2012), the Golden Bear at Berlinale. His first feature, Montanha (2015), premiered at the Venice Film Festival. Nader Messora graduated from the University of Cinema in Buenos Aires. In 2009, she met the Krahô people and began the work of mobilizing a collective of indigenous filmmakers. This is her directorial debut.
