Somewhere on the Thuringian forest – a mythical region full of legends and superstitions – a sex offender is on the loose. Johanna, a police psychologist, is sent to the region. She stays at her friend Vera’s house, who has been living in the woods with her husband Bruno for some time. Old stories and ancient feelings resurface. That is when the two women realize that they both had an affair with the same man ten years before, in Munich, at the same time, without never having met. Second part of the Dreileben Trilogy, featured at the Berlin Film Festival 2011.

Dominik Graf

Born in Munich, in 1952. He studied film at the Munich Academy for Film and Television. His directed hi first feature in 1978, Der kostbare Gast, winner of the best newcomer director award at the Bavarian Film Awards. Since then, he has made over 50 films for TV and cinemas, among which are The Red Cockatoo (2006) and Lawinen der Erinnerung (2012). He was selected at the official competition of Berlin with A Map of the Heart (2002).
