Webber was born in 1968 in the United Kingdom. He directed films such as Girl with a Pearl Earring (screened in Toronto, 2003, and nominated for three Oscars), Hannibal Rising (2007) and Emperor (Toronto, 2012). Dale directed award-winning TV documentaries such as 9/11: The Twin Towers (2006), Last Day of the Dinosaurs (2010) and Moonshot (2009). Fan directed Focus Forward: Short Films, Big Ideas (Sundance, 2012) and I Am Here (Toronto, 2014).
