Ballet dancer Eva is living a dilemma: she must choose between her intense, secret passion for her dancing partner and dedicating herself to the greatest part of her life, heroine Anita Garibaldi. Backstage, during rehearsals for the show, love, envy, regret and obsessions will take control of the people implicated; from Eva’s husband, the director, to the troupe’s makeup artist.
Tânia Lamarca
She is a director, producer and screenwriter. She directed her first feature-length film, Buena Sorte, in 1997, awarded at the Gramado Festival and the Miami Festival. For Tainah, an Amazon Adventure(2001), she won 10 awards for best film. She has also worked as assistant-director and executive producer alongside renowned directors in over 40 films. She also directed shorts such as Mario Filho em painel (1980) and Guerreiro de prata (1981).
