Do horror movies know our weaknesses, fears and traumas better than ourselves? Charlie Lyne, also in Beyond Clueless, once again makes use of “audiovisual collage” to create a mosaic of dark classics and contemporary hits of horror cinema. In through this journey through fear, scare sensations and ghastly devices are examined, as well as ways to awaken the darkness in all of us. A visceral and terrifying visual compilation of films such as Frankenstein and Suspiria, among many others. Rotterdam, 2016.
