Asghar Farhadi
Asghar Farhadi nasceu no Irã, em 1972. Entre suas obras mais conhecidas está Procurando Elly (2009), vencedor do Urso de Prata no Festival de Berlim. Seu longa seguinte, A separação (2011), recebeu o Oscar de Melhor Filme Estrangeiro e, desta vez, o Urso de Ouro (Berlim). Posteriormente, Farhadi viria a dirigir outro longa vencedor do Oscar (Filme Estrangeiro): O apartamento (2016). Seu longa mais recente é Todos já sabem (2018), com Penélope Cruz, Javier Bardem e Ricardo Darín.
