Eve is a charming young woman who has just escaped from a rehab center for anorexia. James is a typical nerd; shy, insecure, sensitive and forever in the friendzone. They meet in a club in Glasgow and become friends. Along with the poor rich girl Cassie, they dream of forming a band and leaving their mark on one of the most iconic cities of world rock. Directed by Stuart Murdoch, leader of the Scottish band Belle & Sebastian, the musical was given the nickname Indie Grease at the Berlin Film Festival.
