Nasceu em 1975 em Porto Alegre. É diretor de cinema e teatro. Atua em produções há dez anos e teve grande parte de sua filmografia exibida em festivais como o de Havana, É Tudo Verdade e Mostra Internacional de Cinema de São Paulo. Dirigiu filmes como Sinfonia de um homem só (2012) e O boto e o homem (2012). Em 2013, lançou Mataram meu irmão, vencedor do festival É Tudo Verdade e exibido no Festival do Rio.
