Bianca and Thomas are orphaned after their parents' tragic death in a car accident. While still in their teens, they become responsible for their own futures and must learn how to make it in an adult world. Life becomes complicated when a friend of Thomas' goes to stay with them and has no prospects of leaving. He has a plan: to rob Maciste, a former Mister Universe who lives in an isolated rococo mansion. Bianca is tasked with locating the safe after seducing the enigmatic hermit. Alicia Scherson
Born in Santiago, Chile, in 1974. She graduated in Biology at the Catholic University and went on to study filmmaking in Cuba. She has a master's degree in Fine Arts through the University of Illionois (USA). Her directorial debut was Play (2004), awarded at the Tribeca Festival. Tourists (2009) was also featured in several festivals, to great acclaim.
