​Numa Tempesta is a businessman managing a one billion and a half euro fund. He is rich, charismatic, ruthless and very good at his job. But one day the law catches up to him: due to an old conviction for tax evasion, he is sentenced to a year of community service in a homeless shelter. This is where he meets Bruno, a young homeless dad who comes to the shelter with his son. This encounter seems to offer each one of them the opportunity for redemption.​
