Two guests enter an inn in Arakawa, Tokyo: a man named Ishida Kichizo, owner of a restaurant in Nakano, and a woman named Abe Sada, employed at his establishment. They met about a month ago when they started working together and soon became close. The visit to the inn is in fact an escape, since the couple has just been discovered by Kichizo's wife. For several days they will barely leave the room, surrendering to the pleasures of their bodies night and day, between games of submission, sex and death that are taken to the extreme.

Projetou sua carreira nacional e internacionalmente com seu trabalho no selo Roman Porno, realizando filmes como a trilogia composta por Woman Called Sada Abe (1975), Watcher in the Attic (1976) e Beauty's Exotic Dance: Torture! (1977), todos protagonizados por Junko Miyashita, uma espécie de rainha do cinema pornô japonês.
