During her mother’s funeral the homicide detective Ko Gun-Soo receives a phone call from his police colleagues. They ask him to come back to the police station as quickly as possible because a deployment of the division of internal affairs is about to make a raid. Speeding down a dark highway, the detective runs over a man and in a desperate moment decides to put the corpse in the trunk.
