Tairo is a lion tamer who lives happily among circus caravans with his acrobat girlfriend. In spite of his burly exterior, he hides a sensitive and truly gentle personality. After losing his good-luck charm, the superstitious young man leaves on a picaresque odyssey across Italy in search of the man who gifted him with the object many years before: a former circus strongman. At the threshold of fiction and documentary, this adventure takes place in a magical world where imagination meets reality. Locarno and Toronto film festivals, 2016.
