An elderly man whose memory is starting to fail him runs away from home to pick up an award he thinks he was won. With his mental state worsening, institutionalizing him seems like the best option for the family, but one of his sons decides to take him where he wants to go by car, despite knowing it is a useless trip. On the way, they are forced to stop at the old man’s hometown, where he reunites with his past while his son watches him. From the same director of the The Descendants. Selected for the competition and winner of the best actor prize at Cannes 2013.
