The film examines the relationship of residents in poor communities have with their homes and how they are impacted by Rio de Janeiro’s rapid urban development. Two families from the favela Vila Autódromo, on the shores of Jacarepaguá Lagoon, are being removed from their homes in order to make room for the new Olympic Park.
