Uninterested in the daily routine between family and school, Silvia seems to be searching for something that makes her feel more alive. She believes she has found that special thing in Artur, a young newcomer to her class. The two plunge into an intense relationship, interrupted by a serious accident.
Alice Furtado
Born in Rio de Janeiro, she is a director and editor. Graduated in Film at UFF and postgraduate at Le Fresnoy, France, Alice Furtado made the shorts Duelo Antes da Noite (Cinéfondation — Festival de Cannes 2011) and A Rã e Deus. As an editor, she worked on the feature films O auge do Humano (Golden Leopard in the Cineasti del presente exhibition, Locarno Festival 2016), by Eduardo Williams, and Os sonâmbulos, by Tiago Mata Machado.
