Buenos Aires, the summer of 1990. Living apart, Pedro and Lucrécia, in their fifties and married for 22 years, are unsure whether they should stay together or end their marriage for good. In crisis, they delay the decision due to an upcoming vacation. In a rattletrap Renault 12, no AC, they drive 1750 kilometers to get to Florianopolis with their kids, 15-year-old Sol and 18-year-old Julián. The Brazilian energy changes the family’s mood and they all fall in love during the trip. What seemed to be a series of summer loves leads to one undelayable question: has each one of them found the love of their lives?
Ana Katz
Argentinian, with a degree from the Universidad de Cine (Buenos Aires), with vast experience as a screenwriter, playwright and actress. Her films have been screened and awarded at important festivals such as the São Paulo Short Film Festival, Rotterdam, Havana, Mar del Plata and Cannes. She received the Special Jury Award for Screenwriting at the 2016 Sundance Festival for her fourth feature film My Friend from the Park.
