Trailer

The last time a United States Secretary of Defense granted a talk with director Errol Morris, the interview resulted in the film The Fog of War and an Oscar for best documentary. Now, Morris turns his attention to Donald Rumsfeld, which makes for a fascinating portrait of one of the major architects of the Iraq War. Rumsfeld comes across as the author of his own life, quoting from the thousands of notes he wrote during his days as congressman for four different presidents and defending his own particular worldview. Selected for the official competition of the Venice Film Festival 2013.
