British fashion designer Vivienne Westwood was responsible for bringing punk fashion into the limelight. The film shows her pursuit of success, her art,
her continuous activism and cultural importance. With iconic archive footage and more recent material, the story that defined an era is beautifully told in Vivienne’s own words, through interviews with her family, friends and collaborators. This is the first film to approach the remarkable story of one of the true cultural icons of our time, as she fights to maintain her legacy’s integrity. Nominated for the Grand Jury Prize at the Sundance Film Festival.
