Hilda is a lonely woman who intentionally breaks any kind of affective relationship with people close to her. Her life changes by the news that her son is coming to visit her after several years away. She tries to replenish her weathered house and image by the passage of time. This will stir her reality and her link with the past and painful memories.

Uruguayan filmmaker and visual artist, Agustín Banchero made short films such as From the White Houses (2013), being so recognized in different international festivals. He also writes and directs stage plays. Hilda’s Short Summer is his feature film.
