​A couple of actors share an unbearable marriage. Julio has always been a mediocre actor, but he is famous as he has worked all his life in television. He is much older than Julia. The two have developed a perverse co-dependent dynamic and Julio is the weak link. They love and hate each other. His feelings are torn, he’s so eager to get a separation that one day he leaves but at the same time, he stays. Not knowingly, he now has a double. Soon it becomes clear that two men cannot live the same life. One must die. The couple communicates through the timid, strangely competent psychoanalyst Marco.​
