Shirin does all she can to be the perfect daughter in a family of Iranian origin. She is a politically correct and bisexual, young, funky resident of Brooklyn but does not meet the requisites of any of these identities. After leaving her girlfriend, she is forced to change her idyllic lesbian retreat for a shared artists loft. Unable to shake the ups and downs of her memories, she hatches a plan to win back her ex.
