In a hotel near a Paris airport two strangers try to find some meaning to their lives. The North American Gary, a computer engineer is having a stressful time professionally and emotionally, and decides to radically change his life. A few hours later, Audrey, a young maid in the hotel, has a supernatural experience and her reality is totally transformed. Pascale Ferran
Nasceu em 1960 em Paris. Graduou-se em cinema pelo Institut des Hautes Études Cinématographiques e digiriu seis curtas, dentre eles, o premiado O beijo (1990). Seu primeiro longa-metragem foi Pequenos arranjos com os mortos (1994), vencedor da Camera D’Or do Festival de Cannes. Seguiu-se L’âge des possibles (1995), vencedor do prêmio FIPRESCI em Veneza. Seu filme seguinte, Lady Chatterley (2006), ganhou cinco César, incluindo melhor filme.
