Frank is a police officer from Scotland Yard. One night, his girlfriend Alice agrees to see a painter’s studio. The man tries to rape her and to defend herself she kills him with a knife. Frank is in charge of the investigation but the couple is blackmailed by a witness of the crime. A restoration by the BFI National Archive in association with STUDIOCANAL.
