In the desert regions of Russia a rare white camel is born. Its owners are very poor and decide to sell it to a cinema team in Hollywood. The separation saddens the owners, especially the children and Mara, the camel’s mother. Bayir, the oldest son, who is 12, is in charge of looking after the house and the animals when his parents go to the maternity ward in the city. In a careless moment, Mara escapes to look for her baby. Bayir crosses the arid region on an old motorbike in order to get the animals back, in a journey full of surprises. Berlin Film Festival 2015.
Yuriy Feting
Nasceu em 1956, na União Soviética. É diretor, roteirista e professor universitário. Trabalhou até 1989 como ator e diretor teatral. Estudou cinema em São Petersburgo e, desde 1995, trabalha como diretor de cinema para o Lenfilm Studio e para a TV no Channel One. Seu telefilme Point of Honour, foi indicado ao prêmio TEFI 1999. Entre sua filmografia, destacam-se The Legends of My Childhood (2005) e Bibinour (2010).
