Motivated by hatred for the dictator Muammar Gaddafi, Hamid and Tarek abandon their peaceful lives in Canada to participate in a war in their home country, Libya. During the conflict the two friends are separated. With a camera in hand Hamid is invited to film the front line of the rebel forces and easily fits in with the young on battle field. For Tarek, it is more difficult. Insecure, he ignores all warnings and insists on participating on the front line of the battle, a decision that has tragic consequences. Tribeca 2014.
