9 year old Aria suddenly find herself in a family torn apart, in the middle of her parents violent divorce and separated from her half-sister. She doesn’t feel as loved as she would like. During one of the arguments between her mother and father, she leaves the house and wanders around the streets of the city with her black cat and a backpack. On the brink of tragedy, she tries to protect herself. Third feature directed by the actress Asia Argento (from Scarlet Diva and The Heart Is Deceitful Above All Things), it was screened at Un Certain Regard, Cannes Festival 2014.
Asia Argento
Nasceu em Roma, em 1975, filha do mestre do terror Dario Argento e da atriz Daria Nicolodi. Estreou no cinema aos 10 anos, atuando em Demons 2 (1986), produzido por seu pai, com quem viria a trabalhar em Trauma (1993) e Síndrome mortal (1996), entre outros. Atuou em filmes como Rainha Margot (1994), Triplo X (2002) e Maria Antonieta (2006). Estreou na direção com A diva escarlate (Toronto 2000), seguido de Maldito coração (Cannes 2004).
