Jonas is 20. He has an empty life and a childhood passion for Branca, daughter of his mother’s boss. The night before Carnaval, an accident makes him kidnap Branca and hide her inside Whale, the float of his neighbourhood’s samba school. The week between the parades, the couple live an impossible love story inside the Whale. On the outside, Jonas’ drama intensifies as the week goes on, and he has to deal with the consequences of the kidnapping.

She worked as a film producer and assistant director for 10 years and, since 1998, has worked as a director and scriptwriter. She co-founded Maria Bonita Filmes, where she does several projects directing advertisements, content and producing countless cultural and entertainment projects. This is her first time directing a feature film.
