Kosuke was, for a long time, a prolific playwright, but he chose to abandon his old work in the city and live a quiet life in the mountains. Shiori has a seemingly harmless job as a waitress at a coffee shop, but uses her attractive body to manipulate her boss. A casual encounter in the middle of the afternoon, introduces Shiori, with her inexhaustible sexual desire, into Kosuke’s life. She becomes involved physically with people around him to turn Kosuke into her new prey. Locarno Festival.
Akihiko Shiota
Nasceu em 1961, no Japão. Começou a realizar fimes em Super-8 ao lado de diretores como Kiyoshi Kurosawa quando ainda era estudante na Universidade Rikkyo, e trabalhou como roteirista em diversos filmes do selo Roman Porno. Seus dois primeiros filmes, Moonlight Whispers e Do not Look Back, lançados em 1999, foram exibidos em Locarno. Em 2001, Harmful Insect ganhou melhor atriz e o Prêmio Especial do Júri no Festival dos Três Continentes, em Nantes.
