Guided by the singer Martinho da Vila, who tells stories about his career and introduces the director to his samba school, Unidos de Vila Isabel, champion of the carnival in 2013 . Georges Gachot
Nasceu em Neuilly sur Seine, na França. Aos 18 anos, mudou-se para a Suíça, onde passou a se dedicar à música e ao cinema. Dirigiu para a TV europeia documentários sobre músicos eruditos como Pinchas Zukerman, Claude Debussy e Maxim Vengerov. Nos últimos anos, passou a produzir documentários sobre a música brasileira, começando com Música é perfume (2005), sobre a cantora Maria Bethania, e Rio sonata (2010), estrelado por Nana Caymmi.
