James is a Latino immigrant that has been living in Illinois, United States, for the past 35 years. He is a lonely man with a son, and his past is about to threaten his existence. His successful career in crime earned him respect within his criminal organization that has just tasked him with a delicate job: acquire a human liver for a very important client. After failing, James is forced by his boss to return to Medellin, his hometown in Colombia, from where he must bring another organ in just 7 days. If not, his son will be executed.
Frank Spano
Born in Venezuela, Frank Spano has been making films for the past 25 years, having worked in more than 20 international co-productions as a director, producer and actor. His training includes master's degrees in Latin American theatre and screenplay and direction at the Septima Ars Madrid International Film and Television School. Hora Menos (2011) is his first feature film and has won important awards around the world.
