In his forty year career, photographer Sebastião Salgado traveled the world as a witness to a humanity in full transformation, recording tragic events of our recent history. Currently, he dedicates himself to the discovery of virgin territories and their large landscapes, in search of wild fauna and flora in a vast photographic study that contemplates the beauty of the planet. The behind the scenes of this new project are revealed to us by the film lenses of Wim Wenders and his son, Juliano Ribeiro Salgado. Jury Prize at the show Un Certain Regard at the Cannes Film Festival in 2014.

Juliano Ribeiro Salgado nasceu em 1974 em Paris. Formou-se em cinema pela London Film School e, desde 2003, dirige curtas e documentários para a TV francesa. Seu filme Nauru an Island adrift. (2009), foi selecionado para vários festivais internacionais (Hot Docs, em Toronto, e Le Festival Dei Populo, em Florença). Wim Wenders é um dos principais nomes do cinema alemão, com filmes como Paris Texas (1984), Asas do desejo (1987) e Buena Vista Social Club (1999).
