The young Korean-American David Cho is living through that curious threshold between adolescence and adulthood. When his father's restaurant closes, tension builds at home and he is forced to get a job. David pretends to go to school but secretly takes a job at a Korean spa. In this new secret life, he will be forced to reconcile his obligations as a child in a traditional Asian family and his growing desire for men in this universe of Korean saunas in Los Angeles. Andrew Ahn
Los Angeles, California, USA. Son of a South Korean family, he graduated in film from Brown University and has a MFA in directing from the California Institute of the Arts (CalArts). Filmography: Andy (short, 2011 Slamdance Film Festival) and Dol (First Birthday) (cm, 2012 Sundance Film Festival). This is his first feature film.
