14 year-old Milo is an orphan who lives with his brother in Queens, New York. Ignored by his schoolmates, he is bullied by older kids. He finds refuge in the small apartment where he lives. There he escapes from solitude by immersing himself in the fascinating world of vampires. Milo hides a dark secret, but a meeting with Sophie, his new neighbor, will give rise to new feelings. Selected for Cannes’ Un Certain Regard, 2016.

He grew up in Rockaway, Queens, USA. He studied film at the Conservatory of Theater Arts & Film of SUNY Purchase College. Filmography: Milo (short, 2015). This is his first feature film as a director.
