Situated in a suburb of Tokyo, Studio Ghibli looks like an unassuming office building. But behind its doors we find some of the greatest creative talents of Japanese cinema are working away. The minds behind films such as Spirited Away, My Friend Totoro, Princess Mononoke and Ponyo. This documentary takes us into the studio, closely following the work of the producer Toshio Suzuki and the masters Hayao Miyazaki and Isao Takahata. During filming, Miyazaki works on his film The Wind Rises and Takahata on The Tale of Princess Kaguya.
