The film simultaneously tells three stories. Emma decides to spend her savings on a breast implant that goes wrong; with no money to remove the implants, she has to find a way – even if illegal – to put it right. Edward, a vain Canadian filmmaker, goes back to Brazil to write a book and break his writer’s block. However, he unwittingly gets stuck between his two worlds.
Pedro Morelli
Born in 1986. For TV he directed the series Contos do Edgar, shown on Fox in 2013, which set Edgar Allan Poe stories in São Paulo. Alongside her father, Paulo Morelli, she co-directed the feature Sheep’s Clothing that won the Redentor prize for best screenplay and best supporting actress at the Rio Film Festival 2014. This is his first time solo directing a feature film. He is currently working on the series Rua Augusta.
